We have two private fishing lakes available for B&B and cottage guests to fish, totaling 1.5 acres (0.6ha) of water, containing mirror and common carp, bream, roach, rudd, tench, golden orf and ghost koi.

• Colston Hall has no closed season
• Fishing is available between 7am and dusk
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
• Fish from prepared swims
• Please use barbless hooks
• Do not keep carp over 2lb (900g) in keep-nets
• No radios, dogs, camping or fires
• Do not remove or introduce fish
• Please take care not to leave any litter
• Drying room for wet outdoor clothing and muddy boots
• Please use our ‘wash house’ to store fishing tackle and bait
• £10 per day for up to 2 rods per person
