For guests who make a booking by telephone, we will collect and process personal data such as name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details.
For guests who make a booking online, personal data such as name, address, email address and phone number will be collected and processed by our online partners who have their own privacy statement and are GDPR compliant.
By submitting information, you are consenting to our use of this information within this Privacy Statement.
How we use your information
This information will be used to secure your accommodation booking and allow us to contact you to check any details of your reservation. We may record communications such as telephone calls and emails for the purpose of quality assurance, and compliance. We will not share these details with any third party

Information gathered by telephone is stored in a locked cabinet in our office, also locked. Online bookings are protected at source by rigorous protocols demonstrated by our online partners who are compliant with GDPR.
