Short breaks are calculated pro rata based on the weekly rate, plus one night. For example, a short break of three nights is charged as 4/7 of weekly rate, four nights is charged as 5/7 of weekly rate, and so on. The minimum charge is 4/7 of the weekly rate.
- Keys can be collected any time after 4pm.
- Guests are politely requested to vacate our cottages by 10am on their day of departure.
- Colston Hall Cottages is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
- Ample off-street parking is available for all self-catering guests.
- Some start and finish dates may vary.
Terms and conditions
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are accepted up to six weeks before the start of the let. After this date cancellations will incur payment in full as detailed on the invoice. You are advised to make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.
- It is your responsibility to leave your property or properties in the same condition as at the start of your let.
- We reserve the right to terminate the agreement/booking without refund of money if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable, or if the number of occupants exceeds that stated at the time of booking.
- If the accommodation is not available for any reason, we will refund the full amount paid. Our liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
