A 3-night weekend break of Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights is calculated at 80% of the weekly rate.
A 4-night mid-week break of Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday nights is also calculated at 80% of the weekly rate.
The minimum charge is 80% of the weekly rate.
- Keys can be collected any time after 4pm.
- Guests are politely requested to vacate our cottages by 10am on their day of departure.
- Colston Hall Cottages are non-smoking properties and pets are not allowed.
- Ample off-street parking is available for all self-catering guests.
- Some start and finish dates may vary.
Self – Catering Terms and conditions
- Full payment is required to secure a booking.Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the start of the let. A full refund, less £25 for administration costs, will be made. After this date cancellations will incur payment in full as detailed on the invoice. You are advised to make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.It is your responsibility to leave the property or properties in the same condition as at the start of your let.
- Please note that fish are protected under the Fisheries Act & it is illegal in the UK to introduce or remove fish from the fishing lakes.
- We reserve the right to terminate the agreement/booking without refund of money if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable, or if the number of occupants exceeds that stated at the time of booking.
- If the accommodation is not available for any reason, the total amount paid will be refunded. Our liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
- Colston Hall Cottages are non-smoking properties and pets are not allowed.
