- We are inspected annually by the English Tourist Board, and currently hold four-star status. We have been given an ETB Silver Award every year since 2001.
- Ample off-street parking is available for all B&B guests.
- Colston Hall is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
- Replacement keys and additional facilities are available on request and may incur a small charge.
