- All prices include a full English breakfast.

- Weekend reservations must be a minimum 2 – night stay
- Bank Holiday reservations must be a minimum 3-night stay
- Full payment in advance is required to secure your booking.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Ample off-street parking is available for all B&B guests.
- Colston Hall is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
- Please allow an increase of 5% for July & August prices
Bed & Breakfast Terms & Conditions
- Bed & Breakfast payments are refundable [less a £25 administration charge] if notified 7 days before the reservation date.
- We advise you to make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.
- If the room is not vacated by 10am a charge may be made for the following night as it may not be possible to service the room in time to re-let.
- In the event of terminating your stay before the date agreed, then you may be liable to pay the full amount as detailed on the booking confirmation.
- Any damage, breakages, removal of items from the property or Colston Hall premises will be charged for, this will take place within one week of vacating the property.
- There is a £25 charge for replacement keys
- We are unable to check guests in after 22.00 hrs
